These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the unihealth platform, including all services, features, and content available at unihealth.app. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing unihealth, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service on the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with unihealth under these Terms. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform.

unihealth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You are also responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legally permitted in your jurisdiction. unihealth is designed for users in the Philippines and complies with applicable local requirements. Users who access the platform from territories where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk, and unihealth accepts no liability in such cases.

unihealth reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any remaining balances handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on unihealth. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. unihealth is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately. You agree not to share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account on your behalf.

unihealth reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage, including during registration, withdrawal requests, or when unusual account activity is detected.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of unihealth, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform, other users, or any game or betting system.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
  • Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
  • Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or account verification process.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on unihealth are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods available to Philippines-based users. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful verification by the payment processor. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times that vary depending on the payment method used. VIP-tier members may receive expedited withdrawal processing.

unihealth does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before the transaction is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide are accurate; unihealth cannot be held liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

unihealth provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform uptime and stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators where applicable. unihealth does not guarantee any specific result from any game, bet, or transaction. Gambling involves inherent risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose funds you deposit and wager on the platform.

All content on the unihealth platform — including software, design, text, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of unihealth or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. unihealth does not endorse, control, or accept liability for any third-party content, services, or websites that may be accessible from or referenced by the platform.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law

unihealth reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity issues, or regulatory requirements. In the event of account closure due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard platform rules, and confirmed withdrawable balances will be processed to your registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of unihealth that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the Philippines.
